At minimum the date, number of guests, venue, type of occasion, preferred menu or budget and dietary requirements. With that information you can send a fitting proposal straight away without calling back first.
They can. For fixed products such as platters or drinks packages we build an ordering module with online payment. For larger events, a quote request is usually more practical.
