At KWDV we build fast, findable WordPress websites and online stores for businesses in the Kempen region. We use artificial intelligence (AI) deliberately and sparingly: as a tool that helps us work faster and more carefully, not as a replacement for craftsmanship or personal contact. This statement explains what we use AI for, what we don’t use it for and how we handle your data.
How we use AI
We use AI for a limited number of tasks, mainly around images and text on our own website:
- Images. The photos on our industry pages were created with Google Gemini. They show invented scenes without real people, existing businesses, brands or logos. Based on these photos we create the example websites, mockups and scroll videos you see on those pages ourselves.
- Copy and translations. When writing copy and translating our website into English, we use Claude by Anthropic as a tool. We decide on the content and review everything before it goes live.
- Production work. Claude also helps us with repetitive work, such as preparing and uploading images and videos and setting up pages in WordPress. We always remain in control and fully responsible.
What we don’t do with AI
- Customer contact. Questions via chat, email, phone or WhatsApp are always answered by a real person. You talk to us, not to a chatbot.
- Advice and quotes. Consultations, quotes and agreements with clients are handled by us personally.
- Decisions about you. We do not let AI make automated decisions about clients or visitors.
Privacy and security
Our use of AI is in line with our privacy policy. In practice this means:
- We do not enter personal data of clients or website visitors into AI tools, such as names, email addresses or messages from the contact form and chat.
- Data you leave on our website is not used to train AI models.
- The AI images on our website do not depict real people.
AI search engines
More and more people search using AI assistants. That is why our website offers an llms.txt file: a short summary of who we are and what we do, so AI search engines can represent our information correctly. It only contains public business information.
